Mada Human Resources Management Consultations ("Mada HR", "we", "our" or "us") provides HR consulting, recruitment and talent services, project-management and transformation support, training and capability development, HR operations support, workplace digital solutions, salary benchmarking and individual professional services.

This policy applies to the Mada HR corporate website at madahr.sa and the Mada HR Jobs platform at jobs.madahr.sa. It also applies when you contact us, submit an inquiry, use a professional service, create a Jobs account, upload a CV, apply for a role, post a vacancy or otherwise interact with us in connection with these services.

2. Personal Data We May Collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with Mada HR.

  • Corporate website, inquiries and professional services: name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, organization, service or inquiry details, communications and information you choose to provide.
  • Candidates and job seekers: contact details, CV/resume, work experience, education, skills, professional information, salary expectations, profile photo where provided, account information, applications, saved jobs and communication history.
  • Employers and company users: representative contact details, company and profile information, job postings, recruitment requirements, service requests and communications.
  • Website and platform usage: basic technical and security information such as device or browser information, IP address, pages or features used, and related usage data where collected by our systems.

3. How We Collect Information

  • Directly from you when you complete a form, contact us, create or update an account, upload a CV or profile information, apply for a role, post a vacancy or request a service.
  • Through your use of our websites, platform features and account tools.
  • From employers, candidates, business partners or publicly available professional sources where relevant to legitimate recruitment, workforce or professional-service activity.

5. Candidate Profiles, CVs and Employer Access

Candidate information may be made available to relevant employers when a candidate applies for a role, when platform settings permit profile visibility, or when Mada HR identifies a potentially suitable opportunity in connection with legitimate recruitment activity.

Employers are expected to use candidate information only for legitimate recruitment and workforce-related purposes and not to misuse, disclose or process that information outside the purpose for which it was made available.

We do not sell candidate personal data.

6. When We May Share Personal Data

  • Relevant employers or candidates where required for recruitment and workforce-related activity.
  • Authorized Mada HR team members and representatives who need the information to perform their work.
  • Trusted technology, hosting, email, communications, storage, security and business-service providers that support our operations.

Third-party providers are expected to handle personal data only as needed to provide their services to Mada HR and subject to appropriate privacy, security and contractual requirements.

Personal data may be stored or processed through website and platform systems, approved business tools and service providers used by Mada HR to operate its services.

Some service providers may process or store information outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where this occurs, Mada HR aims to use appropriate safeguards and service arrangements in line with applicable data-protection requirements.

8. How Long We Keep Information

We retain personal data for as long as reasonably needed for account management, recruitment, service delivery, professional support, business administration, legal or regulatory requirements, dispute resolution, audit and security purposes.

Retention periods may differ according to the type of information and the reason it is held. Information that is no longer required may be deleted, anonymized or securely retained where a continuing legal or administrative need applies.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Users should also protect their account credentials and notify us if they believe their account or information may have been compromised.

11. Cookies, Analytics and Website Technologies

Our websites use cookies and similar technologies that may be necessary for functionality, security, performance and user experience.

We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with madahr.sa and jobs.madahr.sa and to help us improve our websites and services. Analytics measurement is activated only after you provide consent through our analytics cookie notice. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded through our consent-controlled implementation.

Your analytics consent preference may be shared between madahr.sa and jobs.madahr.sa so that your choice can be respected across Mada HR websites. You can change or withdraw your analytics consent at any time through the Cookie Settings control available on our websites.

We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, CV or resume contents, job-application contents, candidate profile information, employer account content or information entered into inquiry forms to Google Analytics. Analytics measurement is intended to remain separate from information submitted through our recruitment and professional-service workflows.

Our current analytics configuration does not enable advertising storage, advertising user-data consent or advertising personalization. If we introduce additional advertising, payment or tracking technologies in the future, we may update this policy and provide any additional notices or choices required by applicable law.

12. Children’s Data

Mada HR services are intended for professional users, job seekers, employers and organizations. They are not directed to children. Personal data relating to minors should not be submitted unless the person providing it is authorized to do so and the processing is legally appropriate.
